County crack seal coating underway
Washington County started its 2012 crack seal project Wednesday, May 9, and it is expected to continue for up to two weeks. This project fills the pavement cracks with a hot placed sealant that is covered with a biodegradable paper product, to prolong the pavement life.

MNDot announces St. Croix Crossing open houses
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be conducting a series of open houses to discuss the St. Croix River Crossing Project.
The purpose of these sessions is to inform the public about the project, answer questions and listen to concerns. All sessions are open to the general public. Following is a list of times and locations:
• Monday, May 21, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd., Oak Park Heights.
